Houston, TX - March 1, 2013 - Pelican Energy Partners LP ("Pelican") is pleased to announce that 2-J Well Service has completed the acquisition of Elite Field Services LLC ("Elite"). Elite is based in Longview, TX and has a strong presence in both the East Texas and South Texas regions. The management team of Elite will join the management team of 2-J Well Service and the operations of both companies will be fully integrated, providing increased service coverage for customers in both East Texas and South Texas.
